In the mobile application Wazzup, managers can utilize Wazzup functions from their phones. Managers will not be tied to a computer, which will increase the speed and amount of customer responses.

The application eliminates losses of incoming requests due to human error. We do not have the concept of "unread messages," only "unanswered messages." Notification of an incoming message will not disappear by simply clicking on the dialogue. To remove the notification from the dialogue, the manager must either respond to the client or click on the special "No response required" button. If a manager does not respond to a client, it is their deliberate action.

Dialogues with unanswered messages are always at the top of the list. This prevents the possibility of forgetting about a dialogue.

The sales department manager can see the dialogues of all managers and their notifications of unanswered messages. This way, they can track how and at what speed managers respond to messages.

Managers will be able to work both on WhatsApp and Instagram through a single application immediately. There will be no need to spend time switching from one application to another.
